CEO & Founder

Hospitality insight. Creative vision.
More than 15 years of hospitality marketing and social media experience, shaped by international hotel brands and brought to life through photography, film and creative direction.
Peter Panopoulos is the CEO and founder of FSH Global. Raised in Cancún in a hotelier family, he brings first-hand understanding of resort operations, brand standards and the guest experience to every creative brief. His career spans Mexico, the Dominican Republic and now Australia, connecting commercial thinking with a hands-on eye for production.
His hospitality background includes work within Meliá Hotels International’s corporate team in the Dominican Republic and experience across Hard Rock Hotels / All Inclusive Collection resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean. He also led marketing and social media for four Martín Berasategui restaurant venues within Paradisus resorts, directing chef-focused photography and film across Los Cabos, Playa del Carmen, Cancún and Punta Cana.
As CEO and founder of FSH Marketing América, Peter has led brand strategy, creative direction and client relationships since 2018. His project work includes Hyatt Ziva Cancún, covering content strategy, editorial planning and audiovisual creative development, alongside brand concepts for two boutique hotel projects in Cancún.
Today, he brings that perspective to FSH Global on the Gold Coast: helping hotels, restaurants and lifestyle brands translate what makes them distinctive into content people can feel. From the first conversation to the final edit, Peter connects the brand’s commercial objectives with considered imagery, a clear story and a consistent creative standard.
