Privacy policy

Updated 1 November 2026

FSH GLOBAL PTY LTD (ABN 44 701 479 414, ACN 701 479 414), trading as FSH Global, is based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with our website, event coverage, content production and marketing services.

Privacy contact: peter@fshglobal.au. Please use the subject “Privacy request”.

Information we collect and why

Depending on your interaction with us, we collect contact and business details, project briefs, correspondence, booking and contract information, photographs, video and audio recordings, and permissions concerning the use of content. For crew or talent enquiries, we may receive portfolios, availability and professional details that you choose to provide.

We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, plan and deliver projects, communicate with clients and participants, manage permissions, administer our business and resolve concerns. Information may come directly from you, from an event organiser or client arranging a project, or through our photography and filming at an event. Website usage information is described below.

You may make a general enquiry without identifying yourself where practicable. We may need contact and project information to provide a quote or deliver services. Please avoid sending sensitive information or identity documents that are unnecessary for your enquiry.

Enquiries and marketing

Our current website enquiry form prepares a draft in your email application. It does not itself send your enquiry or store its contents on our website. We receive the information only if you send the email. We use it to respond to your request and discuss your project.

Making an enquiry is not automatic consent to an ongoing marketing subscription. Where we send promotional messages, we will do so with consent or another basis permitted by applicable law, identify ourselves and provide a way to unsubscribe. You can also contact us to ask us to stop promotional messages.

Photography, films and public galleries

Event coverage can include identifiable images, voices and information supplied by organisers or participants. Delivery to a client and publication in a public gallery are different uses. Public galleries and social posts can be viewed, downloaded, copied or shared by others, including outside Australia.

This policy does not itself grant us a model release, advertising permission or ownership of someone else’s content. Project permissions and usage arrangements are handled separately. If you have a concern about an image, including an image of a child, email us with the gallery address and photo number or screenshot. We will review the request and relevant permissions with the client where appropriate. We cannot guarantee removal of copies independently retained or reposted by other people.

Analytics and your choices

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed and interactions such as photo openings and contact clicks. Google processes browser and device information, approximate location and usage information and may store cookies.

Analytics is optional and the Google Analytics tag is loaded only after you accept. Rejecting analytics does not prevent use of the website. You can reopen “Privacy & cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. Choices apply separately to each hostname and browser. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses or enquiry text to Analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration.

See our cookie information and Google’s information about partner sites.

Service providers and overseas processing

We use Microsoft 365, Adobe, Dropbox and Google Drive for communications, creative production, files and business administration. We also use Google Analytics and website hosting and delivery services. Relevant information may be handled by these providers, by a client commissioning the work, or by authorised collaborators involved in delivering a project. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.

At the date of this policy, we have not given team members outside Australia access to our business data. This does not mean that all provider processing occurs in Australia. Providers operate internationally: possible processing locations include the United States and, for Adobe, India, as well as other locations described in their policies. Actual locations depend on the product and account configuration; we have not verified exclusive Australian data residency for these services.

Provider information: Microsoft, Adobe, Dropbox and Google. Contact us for information about the providers used for your project.

Storage and retention

Records may be kept in our working files, devices, email and the cloud services described above. Retention depends on project delivery, agreed usage rights, record-keeping obligations and the need to resolve disputes. Contact us about deletion of your information or the availability of project files; we will consider the request against applicable obligations and any lawful reason to retain records. Backups and copies held by independent recipients may not be removed immediately.

No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please report suspected unauthorised access or disclosure to our privacy contact promptly.

Access, correction and complaints

You can request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you by emailing our privacy contact. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity and locate the records. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain the reason, subject to applicable law.

For a complaint, explain what happened and the outcome you are seeking. We aim to respond within 30 days, or explain if more time is needed. If a concern remains unresolved, you may seek guidance from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. The OAIC’s ability to investigate depends on its jurisdiction and applicable law.

Changes and external sites

External websites, including Instagram, have their own privacy practices. We will update this policy when our practices change. New collection methods, advertising tools or talent application services may require additional notices at the point of collection.
